Refund Policy

In normal conditions there will be no need for a return because we take care in our shipping. In an odd case where we made a mistake, we would be glad to accept a return.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your package to be eligible for a return, all the items must be in the same condition that you received it unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt as a proof of purchase. If required, our team will reach out to you and ask for product images / videos, request you to please share the same with the team for faster processing.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you immediately.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept open packages as returns.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you by email or message once we have received and inspected your returned items. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 days of the approval. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
