Ingredients
(Noodles) - Foxtail Millet Flour, Wheat Flour, Salt, Water and Cluster Bean Powder
(Taste Maker) - Black Pepper, White Pepper, Mango Powder, Salt, Chilly,Ginger Powder and Marathi Mokku Powder
Cooking Instruction with Recipe
Step 1- Boil 1 litre of water in a pan. Add few drops of oil. Add noodles to the boiling water. Let it boil for 5-7 mins.
Step 2- Drain thenot water and rinse the noodles in cold water. Keep it aside.
Step 3- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat. Add desired vegetables like cabbage, capsicum, spring onion, carrots. Sprinkle a pinch of salt & saute them. Cover the pan and allow the vegetables to cook until they are about done.
Step 4- Now add the cooked noodles with tastemaker. Add sauces of your choice. Mix well and Serve Hot.
